We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy!
We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them.
We'll always do our best to take care of customers - our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means we will accept returns on items shipped to us within 14 days of arrival to you as documented by the postal carrier. Original shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is assumed by the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsealed, untampered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria or is outside of the 14 day return timeframe will be eligible for a partial refund or store credit only. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
