Return Policy
At VANILLA Point, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of keeping our customers satisfied. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Who Pays the Shipping Costs?
It depends on the reason for the return:
Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered
Would you like to return an item because you changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong product? In that case, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Our Mistake / Defective Product
Did your item arrive damaged, defective, or did we send the wrong product? Then we will provide an appropriate solution, and the return shipping costs will of course be covered by us.
Return Conditions
For regular returns (within the 14-day withdrawal period), the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and the seal must remain intact.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Reporting Damage or Defects
Have you received a damaged or incorrect product? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away at ms@vanillapoint.nl.
If possible, include a photo of the issue. We will review the situation promptly and ensure that you receive either a replacement product or a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded within 5 business days via your original payment method.
