When vanilla is life
100% Premium vanilla from Uganda
Vanilla pods from Uganda are extremely rich in aroma and intense in taste. They contain a lot of vanilla seeds and a high proportion of vanillin. Our Grade A sticks weigh an average of 5-6 grams. They are perfect for baking, cooking, to make ice cream, add to yoghurt or even for cosmetics.
Regenerative vanilla
On our plantation we use regenerative methods, such as intercropping, mixed farming and mulching. Vanilla grows next to crops such as bananas and coffee for example. This keeps the earth healthy and we don't have to use pesticides. We also help other farmers apply the same regenerative methods.
Quality comes first
We only harvest ripe and fully grown vanilla beans. After harvesting, the beans are sorted and processed. They are carefully dried in the sun, so that they acquire a dark earth brown color and the intense flavors are brought out.
