1. Shipping & Delivery
Ordered before 15:00? Shipped the same day!
If you place your order on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 15:00, your package will be handed over to PostNL the very same day. In all other cases, your purchase will be shipped within 1 business day after payment has been received.

- Orders under €25: €6.95 shipping fee

- Orders under €50: €12.50 shipping fee

Delivery Times & Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Germany, Luxembourg & France: 2–4 business days
- Other EU countries: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: 5–14 business days
Important Information
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from a pickup point or is refused, we will deduct a 10% restocking fee from the refund to cover return and administrative costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect Address
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping details. Returns caused by an incorrect address are subject to the same conditions as unclaimed packages.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including strikes at PostNL, extreme weather conditions, or national holidays.
2. Return Policy
At VANILLA Point, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Right of Withdrawal & Product Seals
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Please note: Our products (vanilla beans, extracts, and powders) are food products. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the original seal or vacuum packaging remains unopened and intact. If the seal has been broken after delivery, your right to return the product expires.
Who Pays the Return Shipping Costs?
Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered
The return shipping costs to our warehouse are your responsibility. In the case of a full return of the entire order, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.
Our Mistake / Defective Product
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ms@vanillapoint.nl (preferably including a photo). We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
For approved returns (with the seal intact), the refund will automatically be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
